Subscription agent discount $5.00 per subscription per year. Back volumes
are available, request quote and back issue discount.
Subscriptions are entered on a calendar year basis by volume number designated for that year; prepayment is required. Publications that are running behind publication schedule payments are carried forward. Once service has commenced, refunds will not be permitted unless a duplicate payment has been made or the publisher is unable to fulfill the order. Indexes to the volume will appear in the last issue of the volume at no charge. In the event that the volume of papers received and accepted by the Editors, exceed the scheduled publication plan, additional volumes may be published. Subscribers will be notified and invoiced for the new volume at their request.
